The Challenge
Waterford Retirement Living is a small boutique village located on the
NSW Central Coast. They came to us in 2009 with languishing sales and
low brand awareness.
Our challenge was to change this perception and create the conditions
for a successful re-launch in the fiercely competitive local market.
The Thinking
The intention for the new corporate identity was to engage consumers by building a relationship with them in a sincere and authentic way. It was about capturing that special community spirit and relaxed lifestyle at Waterford.
Emotive imagery, fresh design and colours were used to build authenticity
into the brand, resulting in a fresher and more desirable retirement option
for the over 55’s market.
The communication strategy included a complete overhaul of all corporate identity material, collateral, signage, website and print advertising.
The Result
Since the re-launch in October 2009, Waterford’s presence in the local market has improved significantly and this has directly translated into business results.
